 The owner and founder of T K Industries Inc., Bob has dedicated years to building the company, drawing on his extensive engineering and operations experience from working in underground mines and refineries in Wyoming and New Mexico. Before partnering with Jim Yelton to develop the Tygr grader, Bob worked to bring the Mowers into existence.

 Jim, the original engineer behind the Tygr Guardrail Grader, partnered with Bob, and they worked to achieve the goal of equipping every Department of Transportation fleet with a Tygr and mower. 

  Miriam serves as the Office Supervisor at T K Industries Inc., where she plays a key role in overseeing purchases, fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth workflow, and addressing organizational needs within the office. Alongside her professional responsibilities, Miriam is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Wyoming.

 Rylan is the Sales and Marketing Specialist, responsible for engaging with clients to provide information, researching opportunities to expand the market, and creating promotional materials for distribution. In addition to these professional duties, Rylan is pursuing a degree in Exercise Science.
